good locationfaulty air conditioningstained carpet
the location was alright, especially its proximity to shopping areas.
The room's air conditioning seemed to have a mind of its own. It kept turning off at random times during the night, not ideal. also, the bathroom mirror fell off the wall, and it made quite a mess, though i am unsure if housekeeping has training to properly address the issue, it caused some delay to our dinner reservation. finally, the carpet looked rather old and had stains all over it. It wasn't particularly pleasing to the eye.

Breakfast was worth the price. I found it quite reasonable. the staff member i interacted with, aoife from the guest experience team, was very helpful! the location is prime. the hotel arranged a taxi service for me that was prompt.
The elevator occasionally required the room key for operation. It was a very slight inconvenience.

The staff was helpful. They are professional. The staff had the confidence to interact, a great humour to match. Afternoon tea with champagne is highly recommended.. it was a lovely experience. Hotel staff were courteous. The staff were helpful with a smile. They were very accommodating with taxis. Staff gave us tips on the best restaurants for the food we were looking for.
My room was warm and the carpet was filthy. The a/c took hours to catch up and it was still warm most of the night. As I moved the vanity mirror to the side the entire mirror fell of the wall bringing dust dirt, wood and wallpaper onto the counter top.

My beautiful king room featured a king-sized bed with premium linens. It includes a work desk with an ergonomic chair. The bathroom has marble finishing, a separate shower, and bath. It features luxurious toiletries.
